Andorra Advances Parliamentary Discussions on Affordable Housing Measures

On 4 November, Andorra’s government and parish authorities discussed the proposed affordable-housing legislation, agreeing that measures affecting parish-level powers should remain optional for each local administration. The proposal is still progressing through parliament, and no new project contract or confirmed investment value was announced during the reporting period.
